Use this website to create ‘MY LIST’ of products for your project. Submit it to us for consultation and we will contact you promptly to consult on your selection, produce a formal quote, advise on stock availability and progress the project further.
FREE DELIVERY FOR TAPWARE AND ACCESSORIES
We offer free delivery on our Perrin & Rowe tapware and accessories except to rural addresses where a contribution toward any rural delivery surcharge may apply. Perrin & Rowe basins, toilets and stainless-steel sinks as well as Acquello fireclay sinks and Hawthorn Hill basin stands and towel warmers have a delivery contribution based on the delivery location.
DELIVERY COSTS
Any required delivery costs will be included in a written quote. Where possible, please advise delivery addresses and postcodes and any access considerations at the point of delivery. Please contact us for further information.
PURCHASING
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time. A formal quote issued by In Residence sets your purchase price and you have 30 days to purchase your goods at that price, after which we reserve the right to alter the pricing. A 50% deposit is required on readily stocked items and 100% payment is required for made-to-order items before the order is placed and the remaining balance due before final dispatch. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or by bank transfer.

Stock levels
In Residence can provide a significant amount of product from stock in our Auckland warehouse. Large projects can be programmed into the production run of the factories in England, where the latest manufacturing technology sets production timelines in accord with the requirements of those projects.

Our sales consultants can liaise with your project manager or trades people from shipment to fit off, ensuring the safe delivery and installation of all our products. We understand the importance of meeting time requirements and of responding quickly and professionally to any product changes which occur during the build.
