Product Supply Times at April 2023
With the 2020-2022 pandemic having changed the world in so many ways, 2023 brings its own set of problems with logistics and energy and material costs for our manufacturers. We are watchful of this situation in the UK and will endeavour to keep our clients up to date with production and delivery times.
The following are guidelines on the current product availability for the brands we import. We periodically update these guidelines with the most accurate information we have.
Our suppliers have ongoing production issues with staff isolating due to Covid-19, problems sourcing materials, components and the services of specialist finishers and transportation due to the absence of truck drivers from Europe. BREXIT continues to add another level of complexity to the other problems.
Our advice to our clients throughout 2023 and into 2024 is to plan as far ahead as they can and purchase and receive all of the product they need as soon as they know they need it.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STOCK AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO THE FACTORIES BEING ABLE TO CONTINUE PRODUCTION AND ACCESS TO AIR OR SEA FREIGHT. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE THE SUPPLY OF ANY PRODUCT OR MEET ANY ESTIMATED TIME-FRAME.
We have fireclay sinks in single 610mm and 760mm and double 1000mm in stock in our warehouse. Sink protection racks and stainless steel, brass and copper wastes in stock to go with them.

We have a selection of Aquadomo flush plates in stock in our warehouse. Production time for new orders currently ranges from six to eight weeks depending on the item and its finish.

We have a variety of basin stands, towel warmers and mirrors in stock in our warehouse with new stock coming to us from England.
For new orders, delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks production plus 2 weeks to airfreight. Large towel warmers and mirrors are shipped by sea, taking 8 to 12 weeks, so approximate time from order to delivery for these items is 16 to 22 weeks.

We have a small collection of stock in our warehouse. New orders range from in stock to 4 to 12 weeks for other items depending on the item and its finish.
Joseph Giles will give an overnight response to requests for item delivery times so always ask us for their delivery times for your quotes.

There are serious issues in England with the availability of the brass and the components used to create these hand-made grilles. Many of electroplaters and specialist finishers they used to use have closed making it more difficult to have this work completed by the remaining businesses.
There is uncertainty in the delivery time for all grilles. What we can promise however, when it eventually does arrive, is a beautiful and unique hand-made item.

We have a significant stock of kitchen taps, bathroom taps, shower fittings, bathroom accessories, cabinet knobs and pulls, toilets, bidets and hand basins in stock in our warehouse with a weekly arrival of new stock coming to us by air and sea from England.
We place substantial stock orders each week and can advise on estimated delivery dates for products not currently showing as in stock or coming by sea. Please ask for accurate stock availablity information for quotes and sales.

We have Florida and Niagara urinals in stock in our Melbourne warehouse.

We have stock of baths, hand basins, toilets and bidets in our warehouse. There is also new stock in the process of manufacture and made stock coming to us by sea from England. Bathroomware is shipped by sea taking 8 to 12 weeks.
With the strong global demand for TWM baths there are delays in their dispatch of new bath orders. Contact us for a current estimate of the supply time for the bath you are considering.
