Swapping her beachside Tamarama pad for this 1920s lodge-style residence in Sydney’s Darling Point, Tamsin Johnson worked hard to both preserve and complement the home’s original features. The kitchen epitomises the delicate balance of contemporary design and old-world charm; the cabinetry is sympathetic to the classical window joinery while the stacked Calacatta marble island feels entirely modern.
