Joseph Giles - Scala solid brass door pull

Michaelis Boyd, award-winning architecture and interior design studio, partnered with Joseph Giles to create Scala, an exclusive range of lever handles, door pulls, and cabinet handles.

Scala, the Italian word for stairs, was adopted as the collection's name, owing to the main feature of the handle: the stepped detail. Two finishes were introduced to highlight the dramatic impact of the piece, which was inspired by both the geometric schemes of Italian architect Carlo Scarpa, and the intricate jewellery designs of Malaika Carr.

The Scala door pull handles are made from the finest grade solid brass and are available in all Joseph Giles signature finishes. They come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee and are supplied for either glass or timber doors. They are sold individually for single side applications or as a pair for back to back applications.

Fixing options will suit timber doors up to 54mm thick, glass doors 10-12mm thick.
