Oxford Decorative Grilles - hand assembled 25mm diamond grille with alternate plain rosettes

The Oxford Decorative Grilles are a product unlike any other. Each grille is assembled by hand, and trimmed to fit your required aperture to give a perfectly symmetrical pattern. Optional fine mesh or open mesh backing is available to suit traditional through to contemporary projects. Designed to be inset into joinery or custom furniture designs, the Oxford Grilles will elevate a space with effortless refinement. With an extensive range and customisation options available, these grilles are more adaptable than ever before.

Hand assembled diamond grilles are composed of 3mm solid brass square rods, overlayed in a diamond configuration. They are fixed together with pins, plain rosettes or floral rosettes. These pins are bent over on the rear of the grille and secure the mesh. Rosettes can be applied on every intersection or on alternating intersections. Diamond hand assembled decorative grilles come in 25mm, 41mm and 55mm apertures.

LAYOUT: The grille pattern is always centred. The maximum size for hand assembled diamond grilles is 700 x 1200mm. These grilles are custom made to your specified size and cannot be cut or trimmed. The thickness of hand assembled grilles is approximately 3.5 to 4mm. When rosettes are specified, they are positioned clear of 20mm from the grille edge to allow for fixing into a rebate.

BACKING MESH: Optional backing mesh is available in fine weave (.5mm wire, 1.5mm aperture) or open weave (1mm wire, 3mm aperture).
