Joseph Giles - Double action wall mounted door pivot hinge set

Pivots provide an alternative way to swing a door as opposed to a traditional butt hinge. They can provide a more minimalist aesthetic than a traditional hinge and are also very useful for certain specialist applications.

Double action pivots-allow doors to swing in either direction. The top and bottom door plates have maintenance free oil impregnated bronze bearings, suitable for FD30 and FD60 doors, and are approved for use on both single and double doors to BS476, pt22. The lower pivot is frame mounted and has a fixed pivot centre line. This product is suitable for door leaves weighing up to 80kg.
